Mistralpar believes in the power of entrepreneurship developing locally and making Brazil become more self-sustainable. We also believe that some places have a special energy and drive to transform and innovate.
Thus it was that we saw Gonçalves - beauty to be preserved - and there was born the Mantiqueira Gastronomic Society, which now manages innovative projects including the tavern Janelas com Tramela and the contemporary brazilian cuisine restaurant, Rosa Madeira. In addition to this, plans are being developed that will change Gonçalves into a regional culinary center. |
